N311.06 consists of two parts that will be offered over two consecutive days. Please note this is a two day FULL attendance and participation course.

Please note that there are specific pre-course requirements that must be met before attending Normative Skills courses:

All relevant pre-work and material will be made available online via ASSA  Learning Platform (ALP). The ALP system allows you to tick off sections that you’ve completed such as the required pre-reading. The system will also automatically tick off sections that are linked to a completion condition.
Once all the required boxes are ticked, you will have completed all the pre-course requirements for access to the course.

Full attendance and participation is required, it is imperative that you arrive on time and participate in this session as this could result in an incomplete attendance at the end of the course.
