Life Assurance Library

The aim of this Life Assurance Library is to provide the Life Assurance Practice Area with information relevant to their interest.  The papers and useful links are split into topics for easier referencing. A short summary is included for each paper, as well as an indication of the audience for which the paper has been intended.

The library is still a work in progress and more papers will be added to each category. It is not the aim of the library to contain all the material available on each topic; but rather to provide the reader with up to date and relevant information. Therefore the contents of the library are continually monitored for relevance and the contents updated.  It is not the intention to have a large number of articles but rather selective articles.  Older or additional papers will be available in the Transactions of the Actuarial Society and Papers and Presentations tabs.

The opinions expressed on the papers and choice of articles are not those of the Actuarial Society who cannot be held liable for claims arising therefrom.

If you have any comments or suggestions or would like to put forward additional papers, please contact the Actuarial Society office.
