The two different papers found in the MCEV section cover:

MCEV Principles and Guidance: an introductory paper laying out definitions of various components of the MCEV including new business and renewals; guidance on economic and non-economic assumptions as well as the required disclosure. A fairly comprehensive glossary of relevant concepts is provided as well as templates for the presentation of the analysis of earnings.
MCEV Basis for Conclusions: this document provides supporting rationale for the MCEV Principles and Guidance. The reader should be familiar with the former document before reading the MCEV Basis for Conclusions. 

The papers found in the EEV section are:

EEV principles: an introductory paper laying out definitions of various components of the EEV including new business and renewals; guidance on economic and non-economic assumptions as well as the required disclosure.
Basis for Conclusions: this is the accompanying document to the EEV principles
EEV disclosures and sensitivities: The guidance covers what sensitivities should be disclosed, their frequency of calculation, and clarification of other calculation/disclosure issues.
