Presidential Address

Presidential Addresses generally tend to take the form of State of the Profession speeches.

Garth Griffin assumed office as President of the Actuarial Society on 13 November 2007, and delivered his 2007 Address.  His 2008 Address was delivered at the Actuarial Society's Convention, on 24 October 2008.

Since 2009, the Annual General Meeting will not necessarily form part of the Convention, and the Presidential Address may be delivered at a time that suits the President.
