Actuarial Society Development Trustees
In terms of the initial trust deed, the Society had to appoint four trustees for an initial period not exceeding one year. They were: Garth Griffin (Chair), Wayne Dam, Peter Doyle and Steve Handler.
The intention was to include representatives of the donors and beneficiaries on the board of trustees. After consultation, it was decided to amend the trust deed to enable the founder (the Actuarial Society) to appoint all the trustees.
